    MPc5503 'Billback' Solution

    I have a customer looking to purchase a MPc5503 and add some kind of billback system. Its a lawyer firm and they are needed the ability to bill clients.

    Whats everyone using in this situation? Any embedded options without having to have an external device?

      I have a number of attorneys just using User Codes. Each active client is assigned a user code. I believe there are also some Solutions Apps that do what they want.

          There are many solutions available that can be embedded on Ricoh devices designed for the legal industry, one of the most popular being Equitrac. They all allow for client billing / cost recovery and much more

          The cheapest option like Slimslob said is user codes but a little basic in features
