If i start the machine without this connector, it starts, but , i have a shortcircuit (the sound of a burning circuit) at the stop start button and on the screen, it shows block at first drawer + left doors open.Of course because of the missing connector.
I have change the source , the high voltage board, the pfb board, the start stop button with all the rest of connectors and switches, but all the up mentioned simptoms are the same...And when i plug the cn 231 the machine stops out of power.
    Any ideas ?

I would start by inspecting all pcb to see which is fried. I would also start checking any dc motor or clutch connected to cb 231 for shorts, either across the device leads or from the leads to ground. P.S. given the age of the 1035, I would seriously consider junking the machine.
