What would cause what is shown in the picture? I replaced the drum a week ago and then this happened. I replaced the drum initially due to light copies and because of its age. The problem is intermittent.I swapped out the PCU unit with another charge roller, and I also cleaned all the grounds to the drum. This leads me to believe that the problem is either with the new drum, or with the transfer unit. Any suggestions or thoughts on this will be most helpful. Thank you.

Could be the dev's also shot. Is the waste tank full in the transfer unit? This causes the dev to fail. Are there any 402's, 403's or 405's in the history? The transfer belt contact clutch could have failed too.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.
