I have a Ricoh C4501 popping a sc565 code. Replaced pressure roller thermistor, pressure roller lamp and power supply. Does anybody know what else would be popping this code

Re: Ricoh C4501
Move the fuser to another machine, if the code moves as well then it is the fuser, if not it could be a power supply or PSU problem.
Check the continuity of the thermostats, sometimes they can cause some unusual errors. Also, check the temperature of the hot roller in SP mode. -

Re: Ricoh C4501
X2. 565 on these is a really shitty code and how a machine can run in the first place with a blown stat is beyond me, but they do.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.Comment
