      Download and install Smart Device Monitor to reset fuser codes on the printer only models, or the standard Up/Down button mode for other Ricoh printers.

          This might be one of the printers that require the use of Smart Organizing Monitor. Check the driver disk that comes with the machine or download from Ricoh.

              Yes, SOM needs to be installed, the access code is "Admin074'. There is also firmware that needs to be updated, it is also installed via the SOM (see attached bulletin).

                  I had one of these recently and it point blank refused to allow me into SP mode using either SOM or the up/down button. Turned out the control board died and took everything else out with it.
