    Ricoh 1035 paper feed

    what else besides the knob on the tray and the switch decides the size of paper in tray. No matter where the knob is set the copier will only register 8.5x11 sef; the switch is new. Did try tray 1 same results. Could be a bad(new switch).

      maybe fixed in user tools-system settings-tray paper settings

          Like Miro says, maybe someone has programmed fixed paper sizes in User Tools - Paper tray Settings. Set all trays to Auto-Detect.
