    mpc7501 post script isues

    have a mpc7501.. when printing a file in Adobe In Design I get 2 pages then i get

    Error : undefined
    offending command :d5*mo

    Stack:
    224.139

    ps driver latest .. version 6

    firmware .. updated everything all firmware files not just Ps. to the latest (PS ver 1.01)

    universal driver works but prints slow. (30 second pause between pages)

    anyone have a previous driver i can trouble shoot with? Ricoh has none i called tech support

      If the customer is using an older version of InDesign (not Creative Cloud), make sure that the application is also updated.
