[Error Code] SC 680-004 Savin 5210SP

After attempting to upgrade firmware I got this code and now I'm down. I've tried a new controller and eeprom with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No error code for firmware failure, after reboot the machine just sits in boot up mode until it finally errors out. There is no control panel so I cant get into SP mode. Only one fan comes on.

The service manual fr this model does not say how to access SP mode. For most Ricoh printers you can enter SP mode by turning on the power while holding down the "Escape" key and the "Online" key together for at least five seconds.
