I have had problems on 2 occasions whereby the fax would transmit to most destinations, but would fail every time to one particular destination. The solution that worked for me was to use international TX mode.
Fax SP1-101-001, change bit 0 from 0 to 1, the destination fax number must then be stored in the address book, when you programme it in you'll find there is the option 'International TX mode' select this, faxing to this destination must always be done through the address book as International TX mode is not available to manually entered numbers
There are 10 types of people in this world, those who understand binary maths and those who don't

Changing one bit switch is a lot easier than changing 4 or 5. The few times I have had a problem with ine or two destinations, tech support has told me to check and or change a number of bit switches.

Sorry if this is a waste of time, but I wanted to make sure, based on the information you have shared so far, it kind of looks like this error mainly occurs with fax communications from only one remote location. That would indicate that remote location likely has obsolete fax equipment.
The explanation of why that is a problem is quite lengthy, and if I am wrong it is also totally pointless and will only waste your time. So if this error occurs with fax communications from multiple remote locations equally let me know and I'll shut up and go away.
