I have had problems on 2 occasions whereby the fax would transmit to most destinations, but would fail every time to one particular destination. The solution that worked for me was to use international TX mode.
Fax SP1-101-001, change bit 0 from 0 to 1, the destination fax number must then be stored in the address book, when you programme it in you'll find there is the option 'International TX mode' select this, faxing to this destination must always be done through the address book as International TX mode is not available to manually entered numbers
