Default login is admin with no password. If it has been changed use supervisor and no password. If both are changed then search the forum.

See: site:copytechnet.com ricoh admin password - Google Search

            Hello

I had this with a brand new MP C3003 last week the username and password had been inputted wrongly on setup, a quick call to Ricoh support Level 2 and I was given instructions to get into factory mode and an SP number to execute to get it back to factory default so I could start again by inputting Admin and Supervisor as we set them up as.
If you are a Dealer Ricoh will give you this information (not a Ricoh Gold dealer for nothing)
I have this information but I and other user get cross when this information is given out willy nilly to end users.

The reason you think the person that posted this could even possibly part of an authorized Ricoh dealership is because?

If you put a comma after Ricoh, it makes much better sense. I think scapin may have posted for anyone following this thread.
