MPC 4500 dead blank screen

Hello everybody, I have one MPC 4500 complaining of magenta toner empty when there is toner in the bottle. But following day machine just went dead only the green power light is on. Any help or suggestion.

Replace the Polygon Mirror Motor and if the Add Toner message won't clear, replace the magenta toner pump.

Can you browse the machine in WIM? If you can and you can also see some screen if you shine a light on the display then you will need to replace not only the polygonal as mentioned but you must also replace the BICU board.
If you can't see a feint display and can't browse it, then it will be the psu.
The toner as mentioned already is the pump.

Had this a few times. I disconnected the Polygon Mirror Motor connector. After switching the machine on, it displayed SC220. Replacing the Polygon Mirror Motor solved it. The MP C2800/C3300 had a problem with a faulty Polygon Mirror Motor Unit which was taking out the BICU. I never saw it on the MP C3500/4500.
