Does any one know what error code 481 and 231 on ricoh aficio 1232c

Ok open your right door and look at the image transfer belt, on your left side and see if its torn, if not take out the image transfer unit and clean it up, under the ITB theres a metal mark that must be clean in order that the sensor can read ITB home position, SC 231 must be related to that code first fix SC481 otherwise you going nowhere.sigpicWe can all Win, but at the end we all loose.
