    [Misc] Ricoh 3260c & MPC5000 toner not stick on paper and easy to husk

    ricoh 3260c & mpc5000. when i do full color print, toner not stick on the paper and easy to husk. Also this always make paper jam on heater.
    I already change original toner. this also happen. Please help me.I lost lots of money because of this problem...

      What type and weight paper is being used? This is usually because the machine is not set properly for the paper type. If you are printing, then the proper setting needs to be made in the Printer Preferences.

          If the machine has been using non OEM toner you will need to change out the developer as well.

          Damp paper can do that to you, see if issue repeats on fresh new paper.


          How old is the fuser?

              I agree with the above statements. The toner is not getting enough heat or pressure to bond with the paper, and therefore flakes off easily.

              Either the pressure roller is incorrectly adjusted or the pressure roller has collapsed or something is preventing it from seating correctly so that it can apply the required pressure.

                  I use 70gsm paper. Heater I already try use the new one. Still same. What I do just change the tray paper setting. I change it to the the middle thick / thick 1 paper. Problem solve.
