MPC4500 scan to folder Windows 8

Hi All
I know there have been many posts on this subject
what i would like to know has anyone got this working with the custom firmware
as far as im aware this is not available thru the uk ricoh tech site (or if it is i cannot find it)
before i go purchasing it from paul i would like to know if it works
i have to say the new ricoh site is about as user freindly as a clam shell copier with a fuser jam

Yes. As for contacting Ricoh see my last post in the thread "Ricoh MPC3000 cannot scan to Windows 8 PC". The more complaints they get, the sooner they will get off their fat fannies.

It has worked for me. Not only on C4500, but also on any and all other machines where I have used the new/custom firmware.
