Ricoh MP 9000 SC726,J115 at power on,misfeed and door open on

Open / close finisher front door and J115 goes away. Machine ready. Meter sheet stops at first sensor in FN. if 11x17 stops at second sensor. Changed shift tray half turn sensor and main board. Any ideas? TIA

SC 726 is the actual problem. The first time that finisher errors occur it is reported as a jam. Check for a jam, close the doors and if the same error is detected again, the SC is displayed. Troubleshoot the SC first.

a sensor may be out of position or broken. have you check sir on the staple assy the home position for sensor at the back of staple head. Good Luck sir.
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

If you do not have a service manual, get one. Service codes are listed in the Appendices.

Have service manual. SC 724,725,726 have different causes but same solutions. Checked positioning roller, changed shift motor and half turn sensor, changed control board. Just a shop FN so no rush but like to fix.
