    Mp c 2551 firmware update problem

    hello, guys, I have this machine and a newbie tech try to install firmaware from mp c 2050 on this machine, when he does came up erro E32, he call me and i told to do the recovery procedure for this code clear,143, clear/stop 3 times, when i turn machine on , machine freeze at 'please wait' screen, try to put SD card with correct firmware and sttil same problem, no matter what i do machines allways stop in this screen, I've heard about a SD recovery card, how I get that? what else can I do?thanks people.

      You tried putting C2550 firmware on a C2551? If so, you may have damaged the machine. Get the correct firmware and try again, or contact Ricoh.
