    MPC2800 web page no display

    Hi

    I have a MPC2800 which I cant access the web page, been into the network card and its set to 1, which is ok been told 2 is print but no WIM access?

    Any one had this??

      Try connecting your laptop directly to eliminate the network. Also check firmware. Can u print to it via ethernet?

          Check that SP5-828-091 (Web) is set to 1 (on)
          Failing that, you could try an NCS clear (SP5-801-011)

              Check the security setting in user tools. Certain security settings will block WIM. Look in the security manual usually found on the manuals disk.

                  Cheers network security was set to level 2 set it to 0 and I can gain access
