Ricoh 1140L not print name of sender on fax received

Hi all
I have a problem with my fax Ricoh 1140L, when received fax on some machine it not print the sender name ( text header include sender number and name), I checked with machine send fax to Ricoh 1140L, it content tx header text is "on", Name/Number is already input but when send fax to Ricoh 1140L, it still not printed on fax header ( number is ok, but name not display ), i test with send fax to Ricoh 1140L from other fax machine it is ok ( Ricoh 1140L received fax with header included number and name),

some machines do just print the received CSI (fax number) and doesn't recognize TTI (max 30 chars name information) or RTI (max 20 chars name information). Depending of the limitation between two fax stations you can even get different results so nothing to worry.
