i have problem with Rico mpc6502 sp it give (skew with text ) it give skew in print and copy with (word) and it work properly with pdf file

please give any solution about this problem

To be clear, you're telling us that the machine skews both prints and copies of word documents, but PDF's are fine?
My humble opinion is summed up with 2 words: Ridiculous / Impossible
