problem with wide format mpw2400

hi all

the problem is when i make copy from roll feeder (1or 2) after the machine complete scan the original the device give alarm (continue alarm ) and give the massage on screen (set the next original or press # to make reservation )

not L its work properly from bypass and all setting in roll feeder is done

please give me any solution about this problem

make sure that flippy feeler plastic thingy is attached on back of machine top center ive run into weird issues with broken ones

try to copy then choose wide scan or choose the roll 1.
