The problem crimp the paper during printing with spots of black ink Back printed paper

if there are spots at the back of printed docs, you have to check the transfer roller if there are toner on it. Maybe it is time to change the PCU. always use original toner. And for the crimping, inspect the fusing unit/PR.

when the PR-pressure roller is very soft(worn out) you have to replace it. Read the service manual before servicing the machine.
