    SC681-72 on MP C3300

    Manual talks about communication error to RFID controller board. Not sure which board this is. Anyone seen this before, heading to look at machine today. Thanks

      It's at the back of the toner cartridges, it detects them via Radio Frequency ID.

          Take a full set of toners as well, you could have a faulty toner ID chip.

              You might just have a loose connection to the RFID board.
