[Misc] Ricoh SP C431DN not Printing

dear all,
i have a Ricoh SP C431DN that is not printing at all while the HDD is connected to the controller. if i disconnect the HDD then it is printing normally. please help if anyone has solved this earlier or share your experience if someone faced the said issue. thanks in advance

If there is nothing on the HDD that is needed to be kept, then you should do a complete format on PC, then format all on the printer.
