    Lanier LW310

Hello, I am having problems with a Lanier LW310. When I scan a blank page, I get this weird design that shows up. The hard drive has been turned off and all the cables on the IPU have been reset. See attachment for the design that shows up. Im not real familier with this model. Also the NVRAM was reset after this showed up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a corrupt memory module, try cleaning the RAM and re-seating. They may need replacing.

Was it backed up and re-uploaded? Also, why?

I have no good reason why the nvram was reset other than frustration. lol. it wasnt backed up, but we can get the machine back to where it needs to be as far as all the settings go, it will just take a while.

What board is the memory on, Im assuming its a removeable IC chip. I removed and reseated the one chip on the IPU board and the one on the board next to it. Sorry, Im just not familiar with this product.
