Good day all. We recently obtained a used Ricoh pro c901s with a fiery e-81 that gives a sc919 when you send a print. I was wondering if this model needs a USB dongle as we did not receive any with it. Could this be causing this error?

You have problem with patches download of ricoh site and install.

i installed the patches and still getting sc 919. the machine still cannot print any type of file. Any other ideas

Check the server configuration. I think you have a problem with the APPE Adobe print engine. It's on the last tab of the configuration page. You better not select the second option on this page. Or print the pdf file throug pdfcreator. And try to print it again.
