Ricoh Stapling issue

Ricoh Aficio MP-C4000
Selecting stapling in left corner the stapling is in the right corner.
I test other 2 finisher and they are doing the same issue.

Any help is welcome

Are you printing or copying and is the text in portrait or landscape on the document. If copying, there is a setting (look under original type) to select which corner to staple depending on orientation and layout of info on the paper. If you're doing say a spreadsheet whose layout is landscape on the paper, then you would select the original type orientation to be opposite of default (spreadsheet on letter size paper will require that the paper be put in the drawer to feed SEF).
