    [Misc] PROC5100s Firmware Downgrade

    Hi,
    Just wondering if anyone can tell me if its possible (and how) to downgrade firmware on Ricoh's?

    Having an issue with a PRO C5100s after upgrading to the latest firmware last week and want to downgrade temporarily until its sorted.

    Issues im having - Cant open System Settings, change paper catalogue settings or enter "system" or any of the others once in SP mode.

          TSRC usually includes a link to the last previous version of firmware.
