[Error Code] MPC 2503

I have a MPC 2503 with a SC670. Its only 2 months old. I've tried reseating all connectors, IC'c and Dimms. It will not take firmware and will not come to ready even with HDD disconnected. their is a trouble shooting guide for this code. I have the one with 2blinks and a four second pause. Help
