On Ricoh MFP's machines (O2 Series anyway), there is a method to program a scan destination in "Program" and then save as a button to the Home Screen. To enable this, there is a setting (which I believe is in User Tools) that enables the programmed destination to be selected when you choose the Home Screen button. Without the correct User Tools setting, which is not enabled by default, when you choose that button on the Home Screen, it only takes you to the scan screen.
Someone from Ricoh showed sales people how to do this a while back, and now the steps and method have been forgotten. Anyone ever done this?
Thanks.
