I have problem with MP 4000 i configure the machine as fax forward email, after 1 day 2 days the machine print all stored fax, my qustion how disable the print stored fax ?

It sounds like you turned on "STORE FAX". This stores them on the copier hard drive. They will start printing when you fill the fax memory. You have to print them or delete them from the hard drive, either in USER TOOLS or from the Web Image Monitor before you can turn off the "STORE FAX" option. FAX FORWARDING and STORE FAX are completely different features.

your right on about the different functions. to disable print while forwarding, you have to set a user parameter switch. I think its parameter 11 bit 6, or it might be switch 21. its in the service manual.

Switch 11 Bit 6 - Local print when forwarding. 0=OFF 1=ON

However, on newer Ricohs (I believe 02 and 03 Series), you turn it off in USER TOOLS>FAX FEATURES>RECEPTION SETTINGS
