MP6001 machine freezes

Hi , suddenly while the machine was working normally paper jam happened and the machine freezes as in the picture attached the is no ready or pleases wait or nothing written , please advice

Missing Ready/Busy logo - most probably HDD indeed. Formatting it (try formatting ridoc I/F and other non imprtant stuff only first in order to keep the adress book data) might help if it's just corrupted data due to improper shutdown/reboot.

the problem that i can't go to the SP menus to do the HDD format , I just can see the main menu

If you cant get into service mode you will have to remove the HDD and format in a PC

i connect it to PC and format it as FAT , and every thing came back fine , thank you all

I had a MP6001 machine do somthing similar. I system cleared the document server settings in SP mode.
It jogged something in the firmware and the machine came back to life. This machine was a very high end PC print station for the local hospital . It had dual fax boards for similtaneous send and receive, plus 50 PC's connected to it. Something locked up in the firmware thats all I can tell you.
