I have a customer who has a new MPC305. When he scan to mail the recieved mail is unformated and when he forward the mail to other mailcontact he can't add his mail signature (logotype) to it.
He has to manually convert the recieved mail from the machine into html-format to be able to add his signature logo in his mail.
I tried this on a MPC4502 with default settings and this machine sends formated mail so its possible to add the signature logo if the mail is forwarded, but it does not work on MPC305.
I have checked the settings on the MPC305 but can't find anything how to change the format on the scanned documents.
