Have a customer that has a Ricoh SPC 410DN and it's not recognizing the yellow toner.Any one have any idea's what the problem could be.Any help would be appreciated.

If the machine doesn't recognize a new toner cartridge, check the cartridge for damage. You might have to look pretty closely too, it requires a precision fit.
If the machine just stopped recognizing a perfectly good yellow toner cartridge, you might have to turn the machine completely off for a while, especially if there has been energetic storms or construction nearby (surges and other line voltage faults that occur because of those events can cause all manner of undesirable machine operations, after all).
The toner pumps in those models are prone to failure. The augers that move the toner to the PCDU twist up and sometimes even split the piping they sit in. I would be inclinded to pull the side cover off and check the toner supply unit fr any damage. If not that, then see if the PCDU is blocked up. When they fail, it can stop the toner getting into the unit and give the same error.
Ricoh SPC 410 DN Not Recognizing Yellow Toner?---Could you be more precise. What message is displayed. Does it try to add toner when you open and close top cover? Or just keeps indicating that the toner bottle is empty even if you put in the new one.
