    [Misc] ricoh mpc2000, D042

    Can someone help me find firmware for this model? Ricoh isn't speaking to us after our buyout and I can't log in to TSC anymore.

      You've been a member since January 2011 with only 2 posts and you suddenly expect us to provide you with firmware? Your profile tells us nothing about you: name, where you are from, who you work for, etc.

              I used to work for a company that lost their Ricoh dealership, and although I could not log on to the tsc website anymore, I was still able to call tech support and they would email the firmware.
              I believe they gave us 4 years or something like that where we could get support and parts.
              They may not let you on the site anymore, but they need to support the product you have in the field.
