Trying to fix my customer MPC 4500 with SC 492 code. Already change the fans but the code still come back after some time. Pls help.

This is a High Voltage Power supply error at Image Transfer unit.

Hi

I had this twice already.
When you remove the transfer belt unit.
Remove the belt and check the contacts.
I had the contact for the black charge roller within the transfer belt unit break causing this error.
