    Pro C751 banding

Sounds like a pretty common problem on this machine - Anyone got any fixes or experiences with this? I know the dev tanks are now on its 4th or 5th version, still seems problematic - and im convinced new ones are still not right...

Ive got banding from all 4 colours, but its more noticeable in one. Machines only done 300k and Ive replaced 2 of the dev tanks - these things are meant to last 10 million? Replaceing them cleans the banding up a lot but its still not perfect.

I have a problem with one particular colour, ive replaced dev, dev tank, drum, chg roller, lined up the dots on the drive gears....whats left?

    Cheers guys.

    Hey mate,
yes they are up to the 5th ver of Dev units, and they really do help with the copy quality, but if you have done them all id be making sure the inside is all clean like, laser slit glass( they get very misty), etc...
if drums have a coloured tindge to them get rid of them they dont last the PM life, also Laser units can cause issue to with banding, what ive done 100 times and works most times is run Sp-2108-001 & -002 which re-programs the laser units as if they were new, after that turn m/c off/ on then run your Full Music Adjustment in Sp-2111-004, then reboot again, re-calibrate then Fiery, and run jobs, all done.....
    give it ago, it Works!!!!!!
    cheers mate
