    Ricoh MP 161 - 2 issues

    Hi there,

    I've setup Scan to Email, and Fax to Email at two locations. At the first location, we just had to get port 25 unblocked and everything went smoothly.

    1) Now although the first location works fine, I can no longer access the web setup. I want to access this to verify the settings so I can set it up at the other site. Any way I can fix this through telnet without going on site? I just get a 404 not found error from all computers/browsers.

    2) I've partially setup another site. The Scan to email works fine but the fax emails are not coming through. I'm using the same email/password for the fax as the scans so I'm not sure why they aren't getting sent out. I filled out the "Fax settings" on the same page under the "Email" settings and nothing. Any idea if there's some other configuration that needs to be done here?

    Your best option is to be in front of the machine and call tech support. They can walk you through step by step.
