Thanks for reply , after being replaced and formatted all by using sc code, when we press scanner it shows sc819. after that anything I need to install to the HDD

The address book data was stored on the failed drive. The scanner is looking for a dead reference point. Go back into service mode and re-initialise the address book.

I have tried to initialize the address book, it can be ping on my computer but unable to print. and the right model is MP3350B and reinstalled some driver

The MP 3350B is the "basic" model. Copier only. For printing and monochrome scanning it requires the installation of the Printer Scanner Unit type 3350, EDP code 414401. It cannot be converted for color scanning.

Stamp Data Download
Push [Execute] to download the fixed stamp data from the machine ROM onto the hard disk. Then these stamps can be used by the system. If this is not done, the user will not have access to the fixed stamps ("Confidential", "Secret", etc.).
You must always execute this SP after replacing the HDD or after formatting the HDD. Always switch the machine off and on after executing this SP.

Could you give me the picture of SDRAM or photo related to aficio mp 3350 printer card, because my printer card is missing the sdram and I try to place pc sdram and found does not work.thanks
