4100 NL Paper Size

Hi, Guys and Gals. I have a 4100NL printer with this issue: When programming paper tray size from the control panel, 8 1/2 x 11 is not even listed as an option.
Options are:
8 1/2 x 13
8 1/4 x 13
8 x 13
8 1/2 x 5 1/2
A5
16K
Custom

Soooo, even though in the driver I set size to 8 1/2 x 11, the machine stalls and says to change paper size of whatever tray I am printing from. The firmware is up to date. This should be simple. What am I missing?

Never mind. It WAS simple. The paper size dials on the cassettes are SUPER loose. Found it knocked out of position by about 2 mils, enough to cause the issue.
