hi all

i need help in ricoh copier MP 7500

i make HDD all format and after that come code SC 335 i think it have to make laser program
can any one help me and give me the sp mode for this ???

If you don't have one, buy a service manual.

Search for the thread "Ricoh Goose's Guide 2013". In post 73 I attached the April 2013 edition of Goose's Guide. Download it and use it to do trouble shooting before you come here. It might get you the answer you need in seconds.

Check for a loose connection going to the polygon mirror motor. Check fuse 111 on the PSU. Replace the polygon mirror motor. Replace the IPU.

SP- 2103- LD Power Adjustment DFU
Note: This is an SSP mode. To enter SSP mode, push [Reset], enter "107", then
hold down [Clear] for at least 3 sec. When you see "Copy SP" on the touch panel,
press and hold down [#] then touch "Copy SP".
001 LD-0 Adjustment
002 LD-1 Adjustment
003 LD-2 Adjustment
004 LD-3 Adjustment
These SP codes allow adjustment of the laser intensity for
each of the four channels.

These SP codes allow adjustment of the start/end timing of
the adjustments performed for SP2103 001-004.

Why did you do a memory all clear? I hope you have the birth certificate or at least a recent SMC print out of either SP Mode or Non-default. If you don't, you will have fun getting everything properly adjusted.

my friend tech and he do memory all clear i dont know why but when he do it this code come on
so i think its need a program but i dont know which one

It is a component problem not a program problem. Read the first reply I made.
