Ricoh MPC5000 Part Transfer Assembly Holder

Anyone able to help me. My MPC5000 parts manual is outdated it doesn't have the mod parts.

I need to replace Transfer Assembly Holder D0894663 as the locator pin broke, which has been modded to D0894664, but the mod part doesn't have the locator pin. So Im guessing there's another part that needs ordering. Anyone able to shed some light on this ?

If you have a machine with original Transfer Roller Case, you have to replace the entire assembly. D0256282 Case: AT: Ass'y, D0296288 Case: Transfer Roller, D0894664 Guide Plate: Transfer Unit: Holder, D0894665 Shaft: Holder: Rear, 04583020N Hexagon Head Tapping Screw: 3X10, D0894666 Drum Stay: Front, and 2 each 04583008N Hexagon Head Tapping Screw: 3X8. Once you have replaced everything, in the future you only have replace individual parts should they break again.

There is a kit available too. I'm going to try it out.

Fitting the original mod parts is a cheap repair.
Works out to $150(AUD) plus labour.

i had a few of these break and was shocked at the cost for the metal stay/shaft and metal side piece.
IT was like $70 for the two small pieces and the two plastic housing were cheap,maybe $50 for both.
I ended up making a few spares wth a grinder and drill.
I refused to pay that out of principle...........
