May i know is there any firmware of ricoh mpc3300 @ mpc2800 can purchase?

need to upgrade the firmware for support window 8 smb.

If you can't get the firmware, set up Filezilla on the PC and scan to FTP.

Thanks for reply.

The customer wont allow us to use ftp due to firewall security issue. So i only can use smb or use scan to copier and download from browser but they said very slow.
