    Sorry to drag up an old thread but I've had an update from product support on this. Set SP4010-001 to -2.0mm. It can apparently affect the Metis too.
    It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

        Kind of a guess, but for what it is worth the density of the black patterns from your picture aren't that good. It might not hurt to look into why that is, as the machine determines those settings based on the density of all of the color patterns on that test sheet.
