SP 3201 - TD Sensor: Vt Display

I assume this is what you mean by density values.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

        Hi

Have you got toner density issues? This is caused by toner packing in the toner supply tube which eventually causes the supply coil to break. The machine does not know that toner is not being supplied until the density in the dev tank is so low that it causes an sc code.

You will also see the specific colour being much lighter than that of the other colours.

you can check this by doing a motor check in sp-804 (output check). Either the motor will not turn or be very noisy compared to the other good ones.

I don't believe the 430 has a percentage density like your image.
Using the Vt display though, the lower the voltage the higher the toner density is.
If you're having toner density issues, read the Vt, do a forced toner supply for that color, check the Vt again. It should have gone down if toner was being added.
No change, either a problem with the toner line or bad TD sensor.

                Hello,

i have a ricoh sp 430dn ceramic printer and it seems that i have the exact same problem. The colors are lighter, correct?
                Have you repair this issue?

                Best Regards

i replied pm. 3.5 v is a good value to have on the vt display for ceramic. if more force some more toner inside.
