[Misc] MPC 2500 Missing Manual Input Tabs on both Scan and Fax Mode.

Working on the MPC 2500.
The copier is missing Manual Input Tabs on both Scan and Fax Mode.
Cannot manually input any fax number for fax nor email address for scan.
But all pre-programmed scan accounts and Fax number accounts are working fine.
Do not know what caused it.
Please help

Sure sounds to me like the BIG yellow-lighted button called "simplified Display" is on.

Sure sounds to me like the BIG yellow-lighted button called "simplified Display" is on.

I agree this is the most likely issue, but if not then check in User Tools (System/enhanced security I think or something similar) and you will find a setting that allows these features to be disabled.

Try,
User Tools, (login as administrator), System Settings, Admin Tools, Extended Security, Restrict Use of Destinations.

Thanks for all quick replies. The screen is in regular mode. But i will check out the extended security settings.

That was it. I went back to fixed it today. Login admin mode, under extended security and turn off all restrictions. Every thing back on normal.
