MPC 7500 SC 687

I have a issue when printing from the document server. I select a file to print, go to print screen, hit start. Dislay shows printing but hangs up. After a couple minutes codes out with SC687. Doesn't happen wth all files. Some print fine, others come out blank. Reloaded all firmware, reseated HDD, Dimms, Controller, & VBCU. No other issues with machine itself. Copies and prints fine, this only occurs when printing from document server. No other codes registered.

You can try HD format before going for a new one.. SP 5832 but back up the address book and stamp data before that.
Also save the files from Document server via WIM(Web Image Monitor) on your PC.

Reformatted HDD. Customer will let me know once he gets files reloaded.
