[Error Code] MP 7502 SC 878 and SC 819

I have approximatly 6.5 hours invested in to this machine, and feel like i'm going mad.

This machine is giving SC 878-00 and SC 819-00 codes.
Initial tech opened a case with tech support.
Tech Support had him order the Controller Board.
He returned yesterday with the controller but had no change in status.
I took over the call yesterday afternoon, and called tech support. After a couple hours of working with them yesterday the plan was for me to order the NVRAM , the two memory chips, and Java,
I returned today and installed above parts, Still no change in status.
Machine will not allow me to do firmware updates.

I am ending today with instructions to order Controller, NVRAM, IPU, and Hard Drive and replacing them as a set.

Besides the two service codes the machine also displays in the lower left hand corner ...
- Module authentication has failed
- sd card nit set correctly contact the administrator.
- sys_dvd.cnf
- call for service.

The parts that have been replaced up to this point have all been OME.

Ricoh mp 7503 error sc 878. i have input firmware and Fix does, help me !!
