    [Error Code] MP-1350 SC955

    I am using MP1350 with external fiery controller model EB135, I am using this machine to print large jobs like 5000 to 8000 pages per job from last 3 months I am facing problem when I sent any job about 5000 to 8000 pages after completing 700 to 1500 pages machine engine runs but no paper feed out after 1 to 2 minutes machine generates SC955
    SC 955 generates only on printing in copying machine is ok

    SC955, software bug. Reflash firmware.

      I already update all firmware of copier and fiery controller EB135 but result is same
      actual i have 6 mp1350 so i swap all boards but issue still same

        I'm not familiar with this model, but if you can take the fiery out of the picture by using the GW controller and see if it codes. If not, you'll have to check the fiery patches, or maybe reload the system software. BTW, that is an exhaustive process. Lots of reboots. According to the GG, could be the IPU, MCU, or failure of one or both of the HDD's also.

          MP 1350 is the predecessor to the Pro 1356EX which was replaced by the Pro 1357EX.

                I have 6 machines of same configration at one station the problematic machine is one of them I check fiery controller on another machine which perform perfectly without any issue, machine did not generate any code on copy job of 1500 pages.
                please guide me to resolve this issue

                  I think I've guided all I'm going to. It seems you're lacking basic troubleshooting skills. Time to call a tech.

                      Hey, ME TOO. Read the last sentence of my previous post. These are suggestions from the Goose Guide 2013. Personally, I would try disconnecting the HDD's first.

                        If some of us are a little curt with you, bear in mind that all we see is that you have been a member for over a year. You only have 15 posts. Most if not all of those are about problems you are having. You have no Rep Power and you have a least one Red Card. If you expect us to help you, start showing that you are indeed a senior service rep by offering valid assistance to others, building some Rep Power and get some green cards awarded. These are the things we use to evaluate other member of the forum.

                          I have service manual of this machine and I want to inform I maintain 6 machines of mp1350 from 2008 and I also give services of different Ricoh models of color and black and white machines specially above 60 CPM machines. I join this forum not only for getting support I also want to give support, as you know that I join this forum from a year ago but I have some problems that why there is no any activity. So kindly don't take it personal.We have to share our experiences on this forum which supports all of us.Thanks

                            Had the same problem.replace the bicu board and that will fix this issue.

                              I tell in my earlier post that i replaced all boards including bicu from another machine but issue is same sc955
                              all boards of this machine working perfectly on another machine
