    MP 3350 SCAN TO EMAIL

    Hello everyone,

    can you please tell me this copiers, we can setup scan to email function if so how can i do it. Coz i think this model doesnt support ssl. is there any way we can setup scan to email.

    please help.

    Please be more specific with your model. Do you have a MP 3350B or a MP 3350SP? 3350B does not come with Scan/Print functionality, you have to buy and install the Print/Scan option. Scan to email set up is in one of the Operation/User/Administration manuals and also available in numerous documents available from Ricoh support.

      it is sp model. I don't have manuals for it, if you have can you please send me.

        You apparently have the internet. They're all available online in either PDF or HTML formats.
        But here you go:


        And you're right. Scan to Email is not compatible with SSL, so you'll have to configure it with a non-ssl server, and there are at least 157 threads about setting it up
