New machine, just installed. The client calls me and tells me that the machine generates code sc 670 turns off and on again, the machine goes for a bit 'and then generate the code again. I solved it by replacing the BCU board

I had a new Mp6002 with a constant Sc670 this week that I was able to fix by reseating the memory.

Hi,

I have also been lead a merry dance on a Ricoh MPC3003 with SC670..........
It turned out to be the IPU board,
I've also had it when the controller board and Memory Dim have been faulty.
All I can say say is keep an open mind and use all the info you have to diagnose the fault for SC670 as it appears to be triggered by numerous faults.

Maybe you can try update latest firmware because machine can't communicate with some software or you can check fax option if your machine used fax
